**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing insights that inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging your expertise in Java and SQL to drive business growth and improvement.
**Key Responsibilities and Obligations**
* Work directly with the client community and financial partners to define and document data requirements for data integration and business intelligence reporting.
* Develop and document data planning rules for the development of medium to high complexity data between applications.
* Adhere to and promote the use of data organization guidelines.
* Support data selection, extraction, and purging for ingestion into the IT Financial Management application, including data warehouse and data stores.
* Design and implement processes, tools, and ongoing support designs and cycles.
* Extract and analyze data from specific applications, systems, and databases to create reports and provide recommendations based on the analysis of the data.
* Research and resolve data issues across platforms and applications, including disparities of definition, design, and functionality.
**Work Commitment**

**Education**
* Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Systems, Engineering, Math, or Sciences; Data Analysis nanodegree; or comparable experience.
