**The Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Studio Exploration and Analysis group, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions. Your expertise will be essential in helping us drive growth, improve customer experience, and stay ahead of the competition.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analysis exercises, including data collection, data visualization, and report development
* Collaborate with various teams to design and execute research studies, including communicating project objectives, business requirements, and timelines
* Develop and maintain relationships with research partners within the organization and external vendors
* Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including SQL databases, to identify trends and insights
* Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership and business partners
* Work with the Sr. Administrator and team to ensure that all results are actionable and drive key business decisions
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, and 3 years of relevant work experience, or
* Graduate degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, and 1 year of relevant work experience
* Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization principles, including SQL, data modeling, and data mining
* Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data handling tools, such as SPSS, Q, MarketSight
* Experience working with survey tools, such as Interpret, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey
* Experience with programming languages, such as R, Python, SAS, STATA, or similar
* Postgraduate education in Statistics or Mathematics
* Quantitative analysis background, either client-side or provider-side
* Experience with membership-based business models and strategies

**Compensation and Benefits**
The base salary for this role is $93,400 to $125,200 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. A bonus or long-term incentive units may be offered as part of the compensation package, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
