**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Data Science, you will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts and driving business growth through data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve business outcomes and enhance the passenger experience. Your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science will be instrumental in helping us make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of data analysts and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve business outcomes and enhance the passenger experience
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet those needs
* Analyze complex data sets and develop insights that inform business decisions
* Communicate complex ideas to stakeholders through clear and concise reporting and presentations
* Develop and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
* Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to address those areas
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and business partners
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
* 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, with 3+ years in a Fortune 500 organization
* 1+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
* Experience developing and presenting reports and presentations to senior leadership and business partners
* Master-level BI dashboarding experience, including PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, and other tools
* High-level SQL skills and experience with data modeling and data warehousing
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
* Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
**What Will Help You Stand Out**
* Graduate degree in Data Science, Aviation Management, or related field
* Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, Power BI Data Expert Partner, AWS Certified Data Analyst, or other relevant certifications
* 3+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
* Experience with DataDog, AppD, Kibana, or other data analysis tools
* Experience with business intelligence frameworks, such as Palantir Foundry or Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
* Past experience in the airline or travel industry
* Experience with AWS Redshift, Quicksight, Athena, or other cloud-based data analysis tools
* Experience with Big Question or other data analysis tools
