About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Agent to join our team in Tampa. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch service to potential and current Legal Shield customers. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing inbound customer service for a leading company, consistently delivering a great customer experience.
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
- Communicating effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is professional and courteous.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide expert-level support.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Shift Options
We offer flexible shift options to accommodate your needs:
- Full-Time Shift - Option #1: Thursday - Monday, 12:30 am - 9:00 am
- Full-Time Shift - Option #2: Tuesday/Wednesday, 12:30 am - 9:00 am, and Friday - Sunday, 4:30 pm - 1:00 am
- Part-Time Shift: Saturday/Sunday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to maintain customer and client confidentiality, handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
- A background check will be required for this position.
Required Equipment
To ensure a seamless work experience, you'll need:
- A laptop or desktop PC with Windows 10 (cannot be an Apple product, Surface, or Chromebook).
- Able to hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an Ethernet cable.
- A USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone (not wireless).
- A webcam (external or embedded).
