As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and driving process improvements. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Identify areas for process improvement and develop and implement solutions to drive customer satisfaction and efficiency
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop and implement solutions
* Analyze data and metrics to measure the impact of process improvements and make data-driven decisions
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
* 2+ years of experience analyzing data and metrics to measure the impact of process improvements
* 2+ years of experience developing and implementing solutions to drive customer satisfaction and efficiency
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
* Experience with Lean/Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
* Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
* Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
* Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
