You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and help them navigate our enrollment tools. Your expertise, empathy, and passion for customer service will make a real difference in the lives of our customers, and we're excited to have you join our team. **Responsibilities** * Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support * Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions * Enter application data accurately and efficiently * Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality * Develop creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues * Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Manage time and tasks effectively to meet productivity and quality standards * Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop expertise in our enrollment tools and processes * Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels **Requirements** * 18 years of age or older * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical support role * Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing processes * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy and customer-centricity * Ability to work from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period * Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period * Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet * Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required * NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites * NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a Call Center or customer-facing role * Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices * Spanish Bilingual, a plus **What We Offer** * Paid Training and Development Opportunities * Full-Time, Seasonal role with performance and attendance-based incentives * The convenience of working from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Collaborative and supportive team environment * 401K Match and Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) * Paid time off (PTO) * Opportunities for career growth and advancement in a dynamic and innovative company **Compensation and Benefits** * $15.00 - $16.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications * Performance and attendance-based incentives, in addition to the base pay * Comprehensive benefits package, including 401K Match and Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) * Paid time off (PTO) and holidays **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
