Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in a kind and helpful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty
- Anticipate and meet customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, especially when customers have been inconvenienced
- Work daily with a safety mentality, ensuring we maintain the highest standards and adhere to safety protocols
- Navigate challenges by being resilient and adaptable, retaining composure, and managing issues without taking customer frustration personally
- Collaborate with colleagues, assist them in achieving success, and support the implementation of new processes and technologies
- Greet customers as they begin and end their journey, providing a friendly and professional experience

Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
- Ability to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates with:
- Previous customer service experience in the airline or travel industry
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
