We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative I. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will handle a variety of incoming customer phone calls, providing accurate information and solutions in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and adhere to a strict schedule.
