**The Role**
As a Full Stack Communications and Visual Design Professional at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our leadership team in communicating our vision, values, and goals to our stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**

* Create high-quality visual content, including graphics, videos, and presentations, that showcase arenaflex's brand and messaging
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute communication plans that drive business results
* Manage and execute email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels to engage with stakeholders
* Develop and maintain arenaflex's brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all communication channels
* Provide creative direction and guidance to internal teams on visual design and communication best practices
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communication and visual design
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Visual Design, or related field
* 4+ years of experience in communication and visual design, preferably in a corporate or financial services setting
* Proven track record of creating high-quality visual content that drives business results
* Excellent writing, editing, and visual design skills
* Strong project management and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Communications, Visual Design, or related field
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
* Experience with email marketing and social media platforms
* Experience with content management systems (CMS) and intranet platforms
* Experience with data analysis and reporting
* Certification in communication or visual design (e.g. AP Stylebook, Adobe Certified Expert)
