**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to join our AppleCare Support team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, optimizing processes, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. You'll lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement strategies to drive business outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
* Develop and implement strategies to drive business outcomes, including process optimization, cost reduction, and revenue growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes
* Communicate complex analytics findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and process optimization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, economics, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field
* Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
* 3+ years of experience in business analytics, process optimization, or related field
* Proven experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with Python programming language (desired)
* Experience with Apple's products and services (desired)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* MBA or related graduate degree
* Experience with data science tools and techniques (e.g. machine learning, predictive modeling)
