**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Business Analyst – Web & Cloud Application Development, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through the development and implementation of business strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that meet those needs. Your expertise in business analysis, combined with your technical skills in web and cloud application development, will enable you to drive business results and deliver high-quality solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead complex and detailed analysis of existing processes, systems, and desired outcomes to meet the objectives/purpose of allocated projects
* Work with Product Owners, and SMEs to prioritize feature development, based on business value
* Elicit and create user stories/includes and elaborate into client scenarios that clearly portray the functional and non-functional requirements
* Communicate business requirements through artifacts, such as epics, features, scenarios, acceptance criteria based on user stories, process flows, wireframe diagrams, connection charts, mockups/demos, etc.
* Collaborate with a multi-functional team within a Scrum framework
* Lead work meetings and report new features, requirements, and techniques
* Oversight of testing, bug tracking, enhancements while ensuring issues are resolved prior to elevating to production environments
* Ability to work on multiple projects and balance continually evolving needs
* Use data and analysis to drive decision-making and influence process-driven solutions
* Develop business rationale and key metrics for integration into decision support models and tools
* Build issue explanation including issue description and improvement measures
* Drill down past the issue surface to understand root cause
* Conveying suggestions and supporting data to determine strong, coherent, and justifiable business reasons
* Provide guidance to project planning and effort estimation within scope
* Support the identification of risks and mitigation approaches
* Ability to collaborate with, as well as create and maintain internal client relationships with specialty unit leaders

**What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)**
* 3 years of hands-on experience as a project manager, product owner, or similar
* Knowledge of Agile and Scrum philosophy; ability to apply relevant Agile methodologies in the cycles of software development and delivery
* Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from feasibility through to production
* Knowledge of tools, techniques, and procedures of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze, and document expected business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the progress of a system or software development project
* Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
* Should have excellent preparation and organizational skills, strong verbal, written communication, and support skills
* Should perform sufficiently in current position
* Regularly focuses on health and safety of self, others, and personal data
**What Will Give You an Edge (Preferred Qualifications)**
* Strong understanding of Agile/SDLC development approaches
* DevOps experience including the use of point-of-business Agile planning tools like Agility.Al or similar
* Past experience as a product owner including ownership for its development and execution
* Ability to adapt and anticipate changing business goals
* Airline business experience, as well as business process re-designing and extensive experience working with Agile teams, is attractive
