**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Estimating group, where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, optimize operations, and improve forecasting. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, developing data-driven solutions, and implementing process improvements that drive results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the development and implementation of forecasting models and processes to drive business growth and efficiency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop data-driven solutions
* Analyze complex business data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to support business decision-making
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
* Identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and cost savings
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, operations teams, and technical teams
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, operations management, or a related field
* Proven track record of driving business growth and efficiency through data-driven decision-making
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business data and develop data-driven solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with SQL and data modeling tools, such as Succeed or Sigma
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
* Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence tools, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Snowflake or Amazon Redshift
* Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
* Certification in business analysis, operations management, or a related field
