Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Account Director to manage our strategic Airline partners in the NAM region, with a focus on our TOP 10 Account. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining customer satisfaction, and developing strategic relationships with our Airline partners. Key Responsibilities

Manage Strategic Accounts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Airline partners, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals, working closely with Pre-Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and CSM teams.

Identify and Pursue New Opportunities: Qualify and facilitate strategic customer sales opportunities, exercising leadership skills and business acumen to drive revenue growth.

Retain and Grow Existing Market Shares and Revenues: Adopt a consultative selling approach, identifying new opportunities and proposing solutions to Airline partners, and developing customized strategic account and account development plans.

Manage Commercial Matters: Execute and process operational requests, ensure customers use Sabre technology effectively, and cascade information on new product and solution releases.

Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with IT Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Product and Solutions, and CSM teams to retain and grow the IT portfolio.

Organize Regular Business Reviews: Conduct follow-up purposes and deep-dive sessions on specific items, working closely with Revenue Operations to get business cases approved for renewal and development of market share.

Maintain Product Portfolio Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current products, benefits, and market trends, and maintain a high level of understanding of the Airline industry.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

At least 10 years of related experience: Airline IT and Distribution or working with a vendor that directly serves large airline customers.

Education: Bachelor's degree and proven success in sales, business development, product marketing, or a related field.

Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.

Relationship-Building Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop positive and influential relationships with Airline partners and internal teams.

Airline Industry Experience: Strongly preferred, but not required.
