Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients, ensuring a safe and effective stretching experience.
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions, providing personalized attention and guidance.
- Build and maintain a strong client base, promoting StretchLab membership and retaining current clientele.
- Ensure safety and proper technique during stretch sessions, enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules.
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations, staying up-to-date on the latest stretching techniques and industry developments.
- Handle member concerns and assist sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed.
- Maintain a strong social media presence, promoting client membership and retention.
- Participate in grassroots marketing initiatives, including pop-events and handing out flyers.
- Clean and maintain all equipment, ensuring it is available for client use at all times.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as a Flexologist at StretchLab, you'll need:
- A fitness background, with a passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
- A love for the boutique fitness environment and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Preferred backgrounds include Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Pilates or Yoga Instructor, and Dance Instructor.
- Fitness certification is required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients.
- A professional work ethic, with a commitment to reliability and adherence to attendance policies.
