We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Technology Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key player in our finance department, you will be responsible for driving the investigation and planning of vital F&A arrangements, identifying, analyzing, and co-creating technology solutions to support finance partners across the organization.
In this role, you will create connections and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their functional and business needs, working intimately with internal partners to identify process improvement opportunities. You will advance around financial cycles, planning philosophies, systems, reports, and analyses, acting as the contact between the FP&A and application development groups to enable change. Your expertise in financial planning, accounting, and finance technology will be essential in performing and supporting ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and projects on a case-by-case basis.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a postgraduate education being an added advantage. You should have at least 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance technology, with a solid working knowledge of financial statements, financial tools, data technologies, and data strategy.
