Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial analytic support to the management team, focusing on cost accounting and financial planning

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five years of internal Munson Healthcare accounting experience or seven years of experience in a similar healthcare or multiple company accounting environment, or public accounting firm
- CMA, CPA, CHFP designation or qualified candidate preferred
- Strong data skills, including proficiency in financial analysis software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience in cost accounting and financial planning in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of healthcare finance and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques
- Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Excel, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) tools, and other relevant systems
