Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while also providing a positive and engaging experience that leaves a lasting impression. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via live chat * Providing accurate and helpful information to customers about products and services * Escalating complex issues to senior support representatives or management as needed * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and expert support * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and average handle time **Contract Length and Rate** We offer a flexible contract that allows you to work as much or as little as you like, with no fixed term.
