We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Engagement Manager to join our blithequark Q Customer Success Team. As an Engagement Manager, you will own the delivery of complex Gen AI projects and programs, combining technical expertise with direction to drive successful implementations of blithequark-based solutions for our clients. You will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating technical discussions and ensuring alignment with customer outcomes. This role requires strong technology and program/project management experience, as well as the ability to validate technical solutions against business goals, recognize when additional technical evaluation is needed, and manage technical risks.
