Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality instruction and support to elementary students in the absence of their regular teacher
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our curriculum and promote student learning
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and motivation
- Build strong relationships with students, teachers, and staff to ensure a smooth and effective substitute teaching experience
- Communicate effectively with teachers and school administrators to ensure seamless transitions and minimize disruptions
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that promotes student well-being and academic success
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from an accredited or approved college or university
- Experience working with elementary-age students, preferably in a private school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, teachers, and staff
