About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Commerce Data Entry and Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Analyst, E-Commerce Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our website and mobile applications' strategic initiatives by providing ongoing reporting and analysis leveraging all web and app metrics and error analysis data to offer transparency and optimize our digital systems. This role will be responsible for generating comprehensive deliverables, providing insights, and maintaining data integrity. You will actively engage with key stakeholders across departments, including the Product team, Revenue Analytics, Marketing, Ancillaries, and IT, to partner on delivering timely, accurate insights and ensuring tools, processes, and reporting are optimized.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate data into actionable insights to drive growth across eCommerce, Acquisition, and Retention
- Translate data into directly interpretable formats (including dashboards and control reports) that can impact key business decisions and prioritization in the Product Organization
- Leverage various reporting tools and syndicated intelligence to identify trends and competitive happenings
- Conduct error analysis of all digital products
- Perform ad-hoc projects, reports, and analyses as determined by senior management
- Prepare weekly senior management reports
- Assist with data requirements for key projects
- Continuously monitor reporting effectiveness, evolve existing reports, and identify opportunities to automate and gain efficiencies in data collection and reporting where possible
- Present data collected in an executive summary or presentation to leaders and offer insights or recommendations
- Ensure data accuracy/integrity is continuously maintained through weekly data acquisition, processing, cleaning, and auditing
- Partner with the Product team and IT to ensure business needs are being met with well-maintained data architecture/mapping for seamless data flows
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders outside and inside the organization
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce and Digital Analytics, with an established track record of delivering value through data-driven decisions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Inclined to resolve problems, own resolutions, and step up in leadership vacuums
- Google Analytics Certifications are highly preferred
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:
- Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4 preferred
- Experience with Google Tag Manager
- Experience with other reporting and error analysis tools, such as Content Square, Dynatrace, and Noibu
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with experience organizing hints in these areas for others
- Strong experience in personal responsibility regarding decision-making and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
- Experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively head off obstacles
- Knowledge of coding and design best practices is a plus
- Experience in Azure DevOps is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
