About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist and Virtual Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating the work of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will communicate directly with clients through our project management system, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Your excellent written English skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously will be essential in this role. You will be working closely with our CEO, providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve exceptional results for our clients
- Develop and implement effective Facebook Ads strategies to drive business growth
- Communicate directly with clients through our project management system, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Coordinate the work of others, including team members and contractors, to achieve project goals
- Provide administrative support to our CEO, including tasks such as email management, calendar organization, and data entry
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Google Adwords and Shopping campaigns
- Conduct graphic design tasks using Canva or similar platforms
- Respond to customer queries via our project management system, providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Proofread and edit SEO blogs written by our team to ensure high-quality content
- Assist with lead generation and follow-up tasks to drive business growth
Essential Requirements
- Based in the Philippines
- Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Experience with Facebook Ads, including campaign management and optimization
- Experience with Google Ads, including Google Adwords and Shopping campaigns
- Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power
- Graphic design skills using Canva or similar platforms
- Ability to work autonomously and self-directed, with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Certified in Google Ads
- Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, and online lead generation
- Knowledge of SEO principles and practices
- Experience working with project management tools and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions
