**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages that meet business needs.
* Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, creating detailed reports, and performing in-depth data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients.
* Designing and developing packages for internal clients, ensuring data integrity and suitability.
* Evaluating data needs for assigned projects, determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
* Translating data into actionable insights through reporting solutions.
* Troubleshooting technical issues and presenting findings to internal clients and stakeholders.
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2-4+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, and Visual Basic for Applications.
* Experience with reporting platforms, such as SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS).
* Development programming languages, such as ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript.
* Database knowledge, including Transact SQL and MS SQL Server.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad).
