* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
* Manage job postings on different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them
* Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for various searches we have open
* Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
