**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team and help us manage our Google Translate operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, gathering and analyzing data, and driving process improvement through data-driven insights. **Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with a team of designers and organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)
* Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, gather and analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders
* Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
* Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business suggestions based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to improve
* Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, data science, business administration)
* 3+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
* Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a focus on data-driven decision making
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools (e.g. Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services)
* Strong understanding of data governance and compliance principles
* Experience with data visualization and storytelling techniques
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business strategies based on data insights

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
