Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at the blithequark distribution center in Carlisle, PA. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely input of time and production data into our Blue Chip computer system. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Inputting time and production data for all distribution center associates into the Blue Chip computer system, including summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors.
- Translating DCIS data and calculating performances for each associate covered by the program.
- Calculating individual bonus dollars based on the associate's ability to perform against individual production standards.
- Generating and distributing production and incentive dollar reporting to distribution center management and payroll.
- Analyzing system output and troubleshooting erroneous data.
- Filing paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotating files periodically for storage.
- Completing other projects as assigned.
Essential Functions and Time Allocation
The essential functions of this role will require the following time allocation:
- Inputting time and production data: 65%
- Generating and distributing production and incentive dollar reporting: 15%
- Analyzing system output and troubleshooting erroneous data: 10%
- Filing paperwork: 5%
- Other projects: 5%

- Ability to maintain confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs, with the ability to perform physical tasks as required.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
