Job Summary

As a Data Entry and Web Content Associate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our e-commerce content. You will be responsible for managing product copy, images, logos, and manuals for a variety of products in our online store. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and the ability to work efficiently with images and website content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and prepare web images and data for our online store
• Manage content, including proofing product copy, images, logos, and manuals for a variety of products
• Perform quality assurance on our website and product data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Enter data into our database management system with high accuracy and efficiency
• Utilize image editing software, such as Photoshop, to optimize images for web use
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content management and quality assurance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce content management

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (HSD or GED) required
• Prior experience with web graphics, Photoshop, and image editing software (preferred but not required)
• Strong data entry skills, with the ability to pass computer testing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with e-commerce content management systems (CMS)
