Key Responsibilities

• Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, ensuring high-quality standards and contributing to the quality control process.
• Perform credentialing-related tasks, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards, utilizing online databases to cross-check details and verify information provided by third-party entities.
• Perform additional duties and tasks as required by arenaflex, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Essential Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service-related role is a plus, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices.
• Available to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off, and able to support a work-from-home setup with a reliable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent command of the English language and great written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
