This position is a member of the Compliance Group within the People/HR Division at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. You will support the HR Compliance team and tasks with liabilities to include acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint clearance letters; maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services; faxing/scanning US Customs results; and database entry.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications. You should also be familiar with the TSA Clearinghouse database. Additionally, you should possess advanced Excel skills, including formatting, creating complex formulas, and Vlookup, as well as advanced Access skills.
