**About the Position**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be an expert on our Accounts Payable Automation Platform, helping new and current customers with all aspects of support, onboarding, training, and customer success. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide expert-level support to customers via our chatbox, Intercom, and simple integration to accounting systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks
* Collaborate with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide training on our AP Automation Platform
* Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our AP Automation Platform, including its features, functionality, and technical requirements
* Identify and report customer feedback, concerns, and suggestions to improve our platform and services
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a focus on customer support and account management
* Strong technical skills, including experience with at least one of the following accounting systems: NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or QuickBooks
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with AI-powered automation solutions or other cloud-based platforms
* Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and their integration with AP automation solutions
* Certification in Accounts Payable, such as the Certified Accounts Payable Associate (CAPA) or Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP)
* Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment
