Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Investigating and resolving customer inquiries regarding our products and services in a timely and professional manner
- Interacting with customers, our Customer Success Manager, and the sales team to handle a variety of post-sales service functions, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
- Providing ongoing support to customers on website navigation and technical issues, leveraging your technical expertise and excellent communication skills
- Logging all calls and support requests, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data-driven decision making
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of inbound customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred, although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success
- Excellent in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in standard MS Office applications, with knowledge of Salesforce being a significant plus
- The ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and performance targets
