Key Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners in a professional and conversational manner

- Utilize all suitable resources to guarantee customer satisfaction, including Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word) and other relevant tools

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to type at least 25 WPM
