We are now seeking an experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in Thailand, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences through multichannel support and issue resolution.
As a Customer Support Executive at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and issue resolution to our existing clients in Thailand. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our clients receive excellent service across all types of communications, including live chat, phone calls, and emails. You will be the face of our company, and your ability to maintain a good company image will be crucial to our success. You will begin working remotely from your home city or any other location and relocate to our Southeast Asia support office after the first 2 or 3 months.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills in English and Thai, as well as strong client-facing and communication skills. You should be able to troubleshoot and multitask with ease, and have a customer service orientation that prioritizes the needs of our clients. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, and you should be self-motivated and highly reliable.
