**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our US Remote team. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll work closely with customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibility will be to manage existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies, explain insurance products in a consultative and empathetic manner, and assist 3rd parties with policy documentation and changes. **Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies by phone, email, text, and chat using several insurance company systems
* Explaining insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach
* Assisting 3rd parties with policy documentation and changes
* Working in a fun and collaborative team environment
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that customer needs are met in the first interaction and exceeding their expectations
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Property & Casualty insurance license and at least 1 year of customer service experience
* Previous call center experience
* Empathy towards customer needs
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
* The ability to work in a remote setting with reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
* Spanish-speaking skills are a plus

**Compensation:**
The salary range for this role is $33,624 - $54,993 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
