**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service while performing crucial data entry tasks to support internal Account Management teams, clients, and participants in our Wellness Programs. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer service inquiries with professionalism and a client-focused approach
* Accurately inputting and managing high volumes of data in various software systems
* Supporting internal teams with administrative and data-related tasks
* Addressing inbound and outbound customer calls as needed
* Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information while delivering high-quality support
* Prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and service standards
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of administrative experience in a customer/client-facing role (preferred)
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Basic proficiency in computer software and web-based applications
* Time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
* Self-motivation with a proactive attitude
* Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, previous experience with inbound and outbound customer calls is a plus.
