As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be at the forefront of this movement, working closely with our customers to resolve issues and provide exceptional support. **The Role** As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support via email, chat, and phone. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming emails, live chats, and phone calls from customers * Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer needs, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution * Taking detailed notes of customer interactions in our ticketing system * Escalating tickets to the next tier of support when unable to resolve * Maintaining updated knowledge of all arenaflex products and services to provide adequate education to customers * Collecting and recording customer feedback and information, and sharing with relevant departments and team members * Improving help articles and developing support materials * Participating in product testing and contributing to team efforts as needed * Attending all required customer service-related meetings **Ideal Candidate** We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who possesses: * Previous experience in EDtech, SIS, or technical integrations (SFTP, API, etc.) * Prior experience in customer support or customer success and ticketing systems (Zendesk a strong plus) * A proactive, self-motivated, and positive attitude * Excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and communication skills * The ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings or evenings and weekends * A quick learner with a desire to learn in a dynamic startup environment **Perks of Working at arenaflex** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive salary range: $25-$28/hour, DOE * Employer-paid health insurance (including dependent coverage) * An employer-matched 401K retirement savings program from day 1 * Paid Parental Leave * Stock options * Health + wellness reimbursements * PTO that increases each year * 15 paid holidays, including your birthday! * A fully remote work environment with all the tools and equipment you need to thrive **Our Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
