Key Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of ticketing and check-in, operating a modernized retail system, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and resolving related complaints and issues.
- Greet and handle clients in a considerate and friendly manner, handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets, calculating charges, making change, and balancing daily transactions.
- Check in baggage and freight, answering phone calls to provide information to guests, page clients, resolve issues or complaints, and assist as needed.
- Manage distressed clients due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, resolving issues promptly and within guidelines laid out by the organization.
- Provide current and accurate fare, schedule, reservations, flight arrival/departure information, and answer general inquiries from clients and other airport visitors.
- Complete forms and reports as required by the organization, composing anomaly and complaint reports as necessary.
- Perform other work duties as directed by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as customer service, aviation, or hospitality.
- Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to meet the needs of the job.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to understand documents, follow instructions, learn and understand ticketing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Capacity to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turns of aircraft, demonstrating a sense of urgency and attention to detail.

- Previous experience in customer service, aviation, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Knowledge of airline operations, ticketing procedures, and aviation regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective manner.
- Ability to speak multiple languages, with fluency in English and another language, such as Spanish, French, or Mandarin.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
