About the Role

Our Customer Success team helps people as quickly as possible through our email support system, with the majority of inquiries being resolved the same day received. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will become a blithequark product expert and handle common questions about using our products, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a self-starter with experience troubleshooting web and mobile technologies.
