Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities
