- A $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost, available from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available and a minimum requirement of 8 hours per day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th to qualify
- Flexible scheduling, allowing you to set your own hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday, with a minimum requirement of 30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting customers with basic navigation, downloading, logging in, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as addressing basic tax-related questions

- Collaborating with our team of experts, including SMEs and MPS, to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices
