When a little extra help is needed, our team of online tutors are available to work one-on-one with students to ensure they're growing in confidence. **What to Expect in this Role** As a Customer Service & Tutor at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and their families. Your role will involve: * Providing proactive contact and guidance to families to ensure they're getting the best possible results from our program * Maintaining regular contact with families to check on progress and adjust programs where necessary * Monitoring and adjusting weekly lesson plans to align with our families' goals * Providing feedback, rewards, and encouragement to students and families * Responding to inbound calls from students seeking extra assistance with our content * Utilizing our step-by-step solutions to focus on a positive student experience **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to families and students, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Work closely with families to understand their goals and develop personalized plans to achieve them * Monitor and adjust weekly lesson plans to ensure alignment with our families' goals * Provide feedback, rewards, and encouragement to students and families to promote engagement and motivation * Respond to inbound calls from students seeking extra assistance with our content * Utilize our step-by-step solutions to focus on a positive student experience **Essential Qualifications** * Passion for education and helping others * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders * Confidence and maturity to speak with parents about their child's progress * Strong organization/administration skills and attention to detail * Experience in a fast-paced environment working with multiple IT platforms * Ability to embrace change and drive continuous improvement * Strong understanding of Math, ideally to grade 12 **Preferred Qualifications** * Tutoring experience or a teaching qualification * Experience working with online learning platforms * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong organizational and administrative skills * Ability to adapt to change and drive continuous improvement * Strong understanding of Math, ideally to grade 12 * Experience working with online learning platforms **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
