Key Responsibilities
- Assure all guests are cared for in compliance with company goals, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong resort culture by following blithequark Values and Mission, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Ensure a healthy and safe work environment, adhering to all operational procedures and protocols.
- Empower employees to take responsibility for their roles and goals, delegating tasks, and expecting accountability and feedback.
- Follow all operational procedures as outlined in the blithequark Operations Manual, staying up-to-date with the latest policies and procedures.
- Be knowledgeable of all basic functions of the point-of-sale system, utilizing technology to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations.
- Open the building in the morning and ensure its security at closing when necessary, taking responsibility for the overall management of the resort.
- Feed/medicate dogs when necessary, providing care and attention to our furry guests.
- Oversee all cleaning and disinfecting procedures, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Be capable of performing any job requirement of any staff member except the owner/General Manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as a Customer Service Supervisor at blithequark, you will need:
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in pet boarding, luxury hospitality, or high-end retail, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship-building and employee coaching and development skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Ability to remain calm under highly stressful and unexpected situations, thinking critically and making informed decisions.
