To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in customer service, with broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer sciences. A four-year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education is required. You should have less than one year of directly related experience, but a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
