We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Wesley Chapel, FL branch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through proactive communication, product knowledge, and technical expertise. **Key Responsibilities:**
* **Sales and Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and driving sales growth through proactive communication and product knowledge.
* **Order Processing and Fulfillment**: Execute all aspects of the sales function, including order processing, purchase orders, payment processing, quotes, and delivery dates, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* **Product Knowledge and Recommendations**: Stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC products and technologies, recommending alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications as needed.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* **High school diploma or GED equivalent**, with some college preferred.
