We're now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls, scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere. **Job Role:**
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound phone calls from customers to schedule service and maintenance for our Residential Department
* Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates
* Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient service delivery
* Collaborating with the dispatch team to maintain a positive and productive work environment
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
**Schedule:**
* Wednesdays: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
* Mondays to Fridays: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break), excluding Wednesdays
**Qualifications:**
* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
* Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
