Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data issues, spanning multiple networks and interdependent network elements

Essential Qualifications

Call center or customer service experience
Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
Ability to work from home with a dedicated workspace, meeting arenaflex's WFH standards and requirements
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage virtually with management and customers
Ability to complete all required training in a virtual environment, including knowledge checks and security awareness training

Preferred Qualifications

At least one year of customer service experience
