**Position Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Caremark Member Operations division, you'll be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You'll have the opportunity to work from home, enjoy a flexible schedule, and receive comprehensive training to ensure your success on the team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including our pharmacy benefit plans and mail order prescriptions
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Work from home, maintaining a secure and distraction-free workspace, with reliable internet and a quiet environment
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
* Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
* Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards

* At least 6 months of health care experience

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $28.45
