**The Opportunity**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for answering inbound customer calls, resolving customer issues, and providing personalized support to our customers. You'll work from home, using your own computer and headset, and will be required to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, resolve complex issues, and provide exceptional customer service that exceeds our customers' expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer issues and concerns, including order issues, account problems, and product inquiries
* Provide personalized support to customers, including product recommendations and order assistance
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
* Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a variety of customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of productivity and accuracy
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual Spanish speaking skills a plus
* Experience working in a virtual environment, with a set schedule and structured day
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical systems
* Ability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
* Starting rate of $15.00/hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years, resulting in $17.00/hour (after 24 months)
* Additional $0.60/hour for qualified bilingual specialists
