As a Customer Service Home Agent, you will be the friendly voice that welcomes customers to arenaflex, assists them with placing orders, and answers their questions – all from the comfort of your own home office.
In this temporary capacity, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a legendary experience with arenaflex. Our customer service hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM every day, and we're looking for candidates who can commit to at least 24 hours of availability per week, working 6-8 hour shifts, particularly on our busiest days, which are Mondays and Tuesdays. As a Customer Service Home Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. If you're a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you!
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a tech-savvy spirit. You should be able to learn new systems quickly and have a quiet, dedicated workspace that meets our requirements, including a personal computer, a webcam, and a headset with a microphone for video calls. Additionally, you should be available to work at least 24 hours per week, including busy days like Mondays and Tuesdays.
