**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative - Sales (Hybrid), you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, while driving sales and growth through upselling and cross-selling our products and services. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values to our customers and stakeholders. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of in-center and remote work, allowing you to balance your work and personal life while still delivering exceptional results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment, providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to enhance their service experience, drive satisfaction, and foster loyalty
* Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections, while explaining bills and product features clearly
* Troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support if needed, building customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues
* Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues, and work a flexible 40 hour per week schedule, which may include nights and weekends
* Participate in paid training to develop your skills and knowledge of our products and services
* Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

* Your workspace will need to be in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy etc.) and you will participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)
