**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and promoting our products and services. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, interacting with customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. **Key Responsibilities**
* Greet customers, process transactions, and provide exceptional customer service
* Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to customers
* Work with our food program, including preparing and serving food items
* Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including the inside and outside areas
* Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
* Interact with customers daily, working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store
* Sell products to customers, provide excellent customer care, and communicate effectively with customers
* Perform at a quick pace while having fun, working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
* Come up with great ideas to solve problems, think quickly, and offer suggestions
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Retail and customer service experience preferred
* Sales associate or cashiering experience preferred
* Motivation to advance in your career
* Willingness to learn and have fun
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
